When we refund a subscription, when we do not, and how to ask.

In short: you have 3 days to try a new panel and change your mind. After that the subscription is prepaid and non-refundable. We still refund our own billing mistakes, and we credit outages we caused.
This page covers what you pay FoundryPanel for the software.
It does not cover money your customers pay you on your panel. We never hold that money — it goes straight to your own payment accounts. Refunding your customers is your decision, under your panel's own refund policy.
A new panel gets 3 days to be tried. Open it, connect a provider, place real orders, point a domain at it, and see whether it does what you need.
Change your mind inside those 3 days and you pay nothing — if you have already paid, we return it in full, no reason needed. This is your window to decide, and it is the only one.
Those three days sit on top of your first paid month, so a second charge does not reach you for over a month.
The subscription is prepaid and non-refundable. The three days were the chance to decide; past them, the period you have paid for is yours and is not returned.
You can cancel any time; the panel keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not bill you again. We do not refund part of a month you have already started, and we do not refund a month you did not use.
Overage charges are not refundable. They are billed for orders your panel actually processed.
Email support@foundrypanel.com from the address on your account, or open a ticket from the console. Tell us which invoice and why.
We answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, and reach you in 5–10 business days depending on your bank or wallet. Refunds are made in USD; if your card was charged in another currency, your bank's exchange rate on the day decides what lands.
Please talk to us first — it is faster than a dispute. If you file a chargeback instead, the panel is suspended while the bank decides. If the dispute is resolved in your favour we leave it there. If it is not, the panel reopens once the balance is settled.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law where you live. If your local law gives you a longer cooling-off period, that law wins.
