The agreement between us and the people who run panels on FoundryPanel.

FoundryPanel ("we", "us") provides hosted software that lets you run your own social-media-marketing panel. You are the account holder who operates that panel. Creating an account means you accept these terms.
This is a business-to-business service. A FoundryPanel account exists so that you can resell services to your own customers. It is not a consumer product and we do not offer it for personal, household, or private use. By signing up you confirm you are acting for purposes related to your trade or profession.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
We sell software and hosting. We do not sell followers, likes, views, or any other social media engagement, and we do not deliver any such service to anyone.
The services listed inside your panel are chosen, priced, and supplied by you, using provider APIs you connect. Your relationship with your customers and with your providers is yours alone. We are not a party to it.
You are responsible for:
We never hold your customers' money. You connect your own payment gateway accounts, and your customers pay you directly. We do not process, hold, or route those funds, and we take no commission on them.
You pay us a monthly subscription for the software, priced by how many orders your panel processes. Prices are on the pricing page. Drip-feed runs and subscriptions count as one order each. Cancelled and refunded orders still count β they used the system.
Your first month is on the smallest plan. After that we look at the orders you actually processed and move you to the matching plan for the next period. If you go over your plan's included orders inside a period, the extra is billed at the overage rate shown on the pricing page.
Invoices are due 7 days after they are issued. If an invoice is still unpaid after that, we suspend the panel. Paying reopens it immediately. Nothing is deleted while a panel is suspended for non-payment.
You may not use FoundryPanel to:
We may suspend a panel without notice if we believe it is doing any of the above, or if it puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Your panel's data belongs to you. We hold it to run the service. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.
You can close your account yourself at any time from your console. Delete your panels first β an account cannot leave panels behind. Closing removes your sign-in permanently.
We run on Cloudflare's network and aim to keep panels up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, network problems, and platform changes happen. We publish no formal uptime guarantee except where an Enterprise agreement says otherwise in writing.
You may stop at any time. Your panel keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not bill you again. See the refund policy for what comes back.
We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you break section 5 or leave an invoice unpaid for 30 days. If we end it for convenience, we refund the unused part of the period.
After an account closes we keep panel data for 30 days so it can be recovered, then delete it.
The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost customers, or damage caused by your providers, your customers, or the social platforms.
You agree to cover us for claims brought against us because of what you sold or published on your panel.
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will email the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. If you do not, close your account and we refund the unused part of the period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the courts of Seoul, unless the law where you live gives you the right to your local courts, which we do not take away.
FoundryPanel is operated by JS (μ μ΄μμ€), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea.
